My Story

Orchestrate: arrange or direct the elements to produce a desired effect

Strategies: a plan of action designed to achieve a major or overall aim

When I was working with a coach several years ago, I worked on my purpose statement. After thinking about how I liked to make processes better, build toolkits and templates and help people through change, I asked myself “What is the bigger theme here?”.

My answer: My purpose is to orchestrate connections. I liked that the word orchestrate implied movement and something that was dynamic versus static. I found that what I really like to do is make connections that are people to people, people to tools/technology, people to process, tools/technology to people and so on. In business context, I define orchestrate to mean an approach to connect people, organizations and technology.

When thinking about the name for my company, I really wanted to incorporate the word orchestrate. I didn’t think that just saying Orchestrate Connections would resonate so thinking more about the type of connections I make, I thought what I do is build a plans that achieve a goal. This led me to adding the word strategies.  So with that, Orchestrated Strategies was born.
